Residential Cleaning
We currently have a few timing/location specific spots available for new residential clients. We are also happy to put you on our wait list if we don’t have openings in your area. Our range is within 30 minutes of Amherst or Northampton. If you would like to apply for one of our current spots and/or get on our wait list, please email us at info@collectivecleaners.com and/or fill out our Residential Client Intake and we will get you set up!
Please be patient as we are a small team and don't have a full time admin person (we all actively work as cleaners) and are dedicated to meeting the needs of our current clients. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day, but it can take up to 3-5 days depending on the week. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

We are an Eco-friendly, small, local cleaning & gardening business proudly serving the River Valley and surrounding hill-towns of Western Massachusetts. We provide high-quality professional services using primarily non-toxic products (including disinfectants CDC & EPA approved to kill coronaviruses), and a high-paying, supportive work environment for our employees. Our team is fully insured and prepared to handle everything from large and small commercial contracts, simple or complex home cleanings, to rental turnovers and special projects.

Our Story
Collective Cleaners was founded in 2017 by two professional cleaners, Lia Borrelli and Seth Allison. After years working in the service industry, Seth & Lia came together to create the company where they had always wanted to work. We firmly believe that professional cleaning is a skilled trade and the best service is provided by trained professionals who are well compensated and respected. Our core values include providing a true living wage and respectful, supportive work environment for our team. We take the best care of our team and our team will take best care of you. In the summer of 2020, we expanded to offer landscaping & gardening services and brought on an amazing team of landscapers and gardeners.
