Compensation:

  • $24/hr starting, with annual raises up to $30/hr.

    • Paid training (first 3 months) at $21/hr.

  • Paid Time Off 

    • 2 weeks of annual PTO.

    • 1 week of paid sick time.

    • Plus, paid holidays.

  • Annual bonuses.

  • Paid travel time.

    • Fully paid between jobs.

    • Excess driving is paid for jobs farther than 20 minutes from your home.

  • After 1 year of employment with the company you receive a 401(k) plan with automatic 3% company contribution.

Required Experience:

  • At least 1 year of professional cleaning or 3+ years in another physical trade.

  • 2+ years of experience working as part of a team.

  • 2+ years of experience working and communicating directly with clients/customers.

Other Requirements:

  • Comfort working a physical job for at least 20 hours per week.

  • Ability to carry a cleaning bucket, mop, & vacuum cleaner to and from offices and/or houses & up and down stairs.

  • Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

  • Everyone must have their own, reliable car.

  • Excellent communication skills, both with our team and with clients.

  • Punctuality with scheduled appointments.

  • Proficiency with calendar app team up.
